I joined the Data Engineering Laboratory (DEnLab) in January 2006. Since then, I have been involved in several research projects supported by National Science Foundation and National Institute of Health. My research includes content-based information retrieval in large clinical datasets, pattern analysis for medical images, classification and clustering on large multimedia datasets.

Current Projects:

    1. Extracting Patterns from Medical Image Databases

Supported by the National Science Foundation (NSF), Grant NSF-IIS-0237921, $401,422

Duration: 9/2003-9/2008
